Church Formation Retreats

It is one thing to engage your own formational journey.  It is another thing entirely to lead a local church through theirs.  We have found that a community of diverse but likeminded people willing to honestly and vulnerably wrestle with the right questions will help you best understand what God is asking of you in your unique context.  Our retreats support and challenge you while developing life-long relationships along the way.

Our Formational Retreats exist to guide a group of diverse, yet like-minded leaders through a series of critical questions that will bring clarity to how you might facilitate Christ-like formation in your specific context.

Rather than give (or sell) a program for you to implement, Formational Retreats help you identify your unique culture and in response, develop a model of Spiritual Formation that will work in your context.  Church Formation Retreats also help you identify and navigate potential barriers that get in the way of spiritual formation.  

In the end, our desire is that a Church Formation  Retreat, with it's variety of voices, will help you think and live formationally.  As you do this, the natural outcome will be ministries and programs that are formational as well.
