Whether you hold an official position in your organization or not, Church Formation Network desires to help discern how you might be a catalyst to help your local church smell more like Jesus. We have a network of coaches, spiritual directors and mentors available to facilitate the work God wants to do in and through you.

It is one thing to engage your own formational journey. It is another thing entirely to lead a local church through theirs. We have found that a community of diverse but likeminded people willing to honestly and vulnerably wrestle with the right questions will help you best understand what God is asking of you in your unique context. Our year-long cohorts support you in your unique context and develop life-long relationships along the way.
